Hey everyone, it’s your boy back again with another one of my little experiments. Today, I’m messing around with this thing called the Avanti glass teapot with a warmer. I’ve been seeing these glass teapots all over the place, and I finally caved and got one for myself. I’ve got to say, it’s pretty slick looking.
First off, I unboxed this bad boy. The teapot itself is all glass, super clear, and you can see right through it. It came with this little metal stand, the warmer part, that has a spot for a tea candle. The whole setup is pretty simple but looks fancy. It also comes with a stainless steel lid, and infuser, easy to clean and use.
I decided to brew some loose leaf green tea. I put the tea leaves into the teapot, and it was cool watching the water change color. And let me tell you, there’s something about watching your tea brew through the glass. I know it, the flowers unfurl as they infus. It is so visually stunning! It’s like a little show right there on your table.
After letting it steep for a few minutes, I lit the tea candle and set the teapot on the warmer stand. I was curious to see if this little candle could really keep the tea warm. It’s a nice touch, having the warmer and all. Glass isn’t known for keeping things hot for long, so this warmer is key.
- The glass teapot looks awesome. Seriously, it’s a nice change from my usual ceramic teapot. It’s like a centerpiece for your tea time.
- The warmer actually works. I was sipping on that tea for over an hour, and it stayed nice and warm the whole time. It is really an excellent heat retainer.
- It’s kind of fragile. I mean, it’s glass, so you gotta be careful with it. I wouldn’t want to drop this thing.
- Cleaning is easy. The glass makes it easy to see any residue, and it’s simple to just rinse out. And the stainless steel lid, infuser, and warmer make it even easier.
Here’s what I found out:
So, there you have it. That’s my little adventure with the Avanti glass teapot with a warmer. It’s a cool little gadget if you’re into tea and want something that looks good and works well. Just be careful not to break it, and you’re golden.
Alright, that’s it for today’s post. Catch you guys later!
