Alright, so I’ve been wanting to get my hands on one of those cool brass coffee teapot warmers from India for a while now. I finally decided to just go for it.
First, I hit up a few online stores, you know, the usual suspects. I typed in “brass teapot warmer India” and scrolled through a bunch of options. There were so many different styles and prices, it was kind of overwhelming. I checked out the prices and it seemed reasonable enough, I guess.
Then I started looking at local shops, like those mom-and-pop stores that sell all sorts of imported stuff, but no luck. Then I remembered about an antique store, but checked their online store at first, and it showed that they don’t have it. A vintage one would be fantastic, but it’s OK. Maybe it’s because I am not in India, but I can’t find one from local.

The waiting was a pain, but I can’t do anything about that. The package finally arrived. The box was a little beat up, but the warmer inside was wrapped up pretty well in bubble wrap, so it was all good. It looked just like the picture, maybe even better. It had this nice, heavy feel to it, and the design was super intricate.
I tried it out right away. I brewed a pot of coffee, placed it on the warmer, and lit the little candle underneath.
The Result
It worked like a charm! My coffee stayed warm for hours, and it looked pretty darn classy on my table. It’s definitely a conversation starter. I’m so glad I finally got one of these things. It’s a great addition to my little coffee ritual. I’m super happy with my purchase. It’s exactly what I was hoping for, and it was totally worth the wait. The only thing is that if I need another one I might still need to order online again. It’s not that easy to get.
