Okay, so I decided to make my own bubble tea menu ’cause, well, I’m obsessed and wanted to keep track of my favorite combos. I called it “Tea Cup Boba House Menu” just for fun.
Getting Started
First, I grabbed a notebook and pen. I could’ve used my laptop, but I like the feel of writing things out sometimes. I started by brainstorming all the different tea bases I love. You know, the basics:
- Classic Milk Tea
- Taro Milk Tea
- Matcha Milk Tea
- Thai Milk Tea
- Fruit Tea (like mango or strawberry)
The Fun Part: Toppings!
Then came the toppings, of course! I have to be honest, it is my favorite part. I jotted down all the ones I usually go for, plus a few I’ve been meaning to try:
- Tapioca Pearls (the OG!)
- Brown Sugar Boba
- Pudding
- Cheese Foam
- Lychee Jelly
Putting It All Together
After that, I started to mix and match. I mean how to deside? I created some signature drinks, like:
- “Classic Delight”: Classic Milk Tea with Tapioca Pearls.
- “Taro Dream”: Taro Milk Tea with Pudding.
- “Matcha Mania”: Matcha Milk Tea with Cheese Foam.
Extra, Extra!
I also added a little section for “Extras” where I can note things like sweetness levels (50% sugar is my go-to) and ice levels (less ice, always!).
I am so pround of my menu. It’s not fancy, but it’s mine, all handwritten and filled with my favorite boba creations. It’s super helpful when I’m ordering at an actual boba shop, or when I’m feeling adventurous and making my own at home. It’s a living document, I can add to it with new flavors that I create.
