Okay, so I’ve been wanting to keep my tea warm for longer, especially now that it’s getting colder. I saw this cute little glass teapot warmer at IKEA and thought, “Why not give it a try?”

Getting Started
First, I grabbed the warmer off the shelf. It was pretty simple, just a clear glass stand with a spot for a tealight candle underneath. I also picked up a pack of tealight candles while I was there, because, you know, you need those.
The Experiment
Back home, I brewed a pot of my favorite herbal tea. I poured the tea into my glass teapot (important – it has to be glass!), and then I lit one of the tealight candles.
I carefully placed the lit candle in the center of the warmer and then gently set the teapot on top. It fit perfectly!
The Results
- Warmth: It definitely kept the tea warmer than just leaving it on the counter. I’d say it stayed at a nice drinking temperature for a good hour or so.
- Ambiance: The flickering candlelight under the glass teapot? Super cozy. It added a really nice, relaxing vibe to my tea time.
- Things to watch for:Keep a close eye on things. Make sure children and pets can’t play around it.
My Thoughts
Overall, I’m pretty happy with this little gadget. It’s simple, it works, and it looks nice. If you’re looking for a way to keep your tea warm and add a little something extra to your tea ritual, I’d say it’s worth checking out. Just make sure that you’re using this product in a safe environment.
